Canton Fair Tower B is located on the south side of the Area C of the Canton Fair Complex on Fengpu Middle Road in Pazhou. Canton Fair Tower A and Tower B correspond to each other in the east and west, jointly forming a "twin landmark" of exhibition and business facilities. It is an important part of the Canton Fair Complex, the world's largest exhibition complex. It is the main administrative office space of China Foreign Trade Center (and China Foreign Trade Center Group Co., LTD.), with a total construction area of approximately 93,000 square meters, a height of 172 meters, and 35 floors. Among them, the 1st to 3rd floors and the 5th to 22nd floors are office areas, and the two underground floors are parking lots. The Property Development Company provides property management services for Canton Fair Tower B.
